“I just wanted to take a moment and thank you and everyone at Delicato Transport for our recent move. The experience we had with your company was nothing short of amazing. We had several delays associated with the closing on both the purchase and sale of our house, and your staff was more than accommodating. Every time I needed to re-schedule the job, even the night before the job, your staff was friendly, understanding, and unfazed. I can’t say enough about the office staff and their professionalism.
When it came time for the actual move, the movers were quick, efficient, polite, and personable. They worked tirelessly for nearly 4 hours at the pick-up and drop off locations and only took one 10 minute break each time. They were organized and began working as soon as they rolled up to the house and did not stop until the truck was packed tight and the door was secured. Everyone had a job and knew their responsibility, and nobody stood around waiting for directions. I don’t think one mover left at the end of the day without a shirt damp with sweat.
The drop off was just as smooth as pick-up. Despite some hick-ups associated with terrain and lay of the driveway at the new house, the movers were undeterred. They had to shuttle all of our stuff from a large truck onto a smaller truck in order to get it to the house. A crew of 7 people showed up to accomplish this daunting task. Without each of those 7 guys working ll0% , that job may have taken two days to complete. The movers did it in under 4 hours.
When it comes to buying and selling a house, banks, lenders, and lawyers are all frustrating, Delicato Transport was was not. They took all the frustration out of the entire process.
